4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Pickup orders must be collected within 24 hours unless otherwise arranged.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Standard orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup/delivery. Custom orders may have different cancellation policies. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
